The Peninsula Panthers added some scoring punch to their lineup this week when they inked 19-year-old forward Grayden Hohl. The likeable sniper was the Club's leading scorer last season.

The Peninsula Panthers added a nice piece to the puzzle on Wednesday evening when they inked Grayden Hohl.  Hohl played with the "Cats" last season and was the team's leading scorer over the regular season.

Hohl had been playing Junior "A" in California with the Fresno Monsters however, thought that he could further his career right back at home with the Panthers.  He flew back to Victoria on Tuesday morning, after speaking with the Panthers for the past couple of weeks.

"It will be easy-going back into the dressing room," explained Hohl.  "I know everyone and I know this is going to be a lot of fun.  I watched a couple games on the Internet and think that we have a pretty good team here."

General Manager Pete Zubersky was happy to add Hohl back onto the roster.  "When Grayden left in early September, we left the door open for him if he wanted to return.  A couple weeks ago, we exchanged a couple of email messages and then things took off fairly quickly.  He is a really good forward and will add a lot to our Club on the ice, but he is even a better person.  I know the guys are all thrilled to have him back here, he will help right away."

Hohl and the Peninsula Panthers play host to the visiting Victoria Cougars on Friday night at the Panorama Recreation Centre with the puck set to drop at 7:30 pm.
