The best-of-7 series between the Peninsula Panthers and the Victoria Cougars is tied once again at 2-2 after the Cougars came out on top on Monday night by a score of 5-3 at the Panorama Recreation Centre.

"We knew this was not going to be easy, anything worthwhile never is."

And with that statement Panthers Head Coach Brian Passmore pretty well summed up what has been a great VIJHL Final Series between his Peninsula Panthers and their crosstown rival Victoria Cougars.  On Monday night at the Panorama Recreation Centre the two teams battled tooth and nail all night long however in the end it was the visitors who would prevail 5-3 to tie the best-of-7 series at 2-2.

Game 5 goes Thursday evening in Esquimalt at the Archie Browning Arena at 7:00 pm while Game 6 will be right back at the Panorama on Friday night at 7:30 pm.  Game 7 if needed will be back in Esquimalt.
